Congratulations to Danielle Cartwright (University of Louisville) and Sarah Gregory (University of Louisville) for being awarded the 2016 Best of the Bluegrass Award for their outstanding session Treat Yo Self: A Daily Commitment to Wellness presented during the 2016 KAHO Annual Conference.

From the session description: You’ve made it through grad school, landed a job, and have quickly learned “adulting” is hard. As a new professional, learning to put your wellness first may see challenging, if not impossible. Treating yourself should not be considered a special occasion or lack of dedication to your work. Daily integration of small, but intentional, practices will help you create a harmonious connection between personal and professional life. Join us and challenge yo self to live your best life every day!

Treat Yo Self: A Daily Commitment to Wellness will represent Kentucky at the 2017 SEAHO Conference, and its presenters will receive a total of $500 to assist with associated costs.

The Best of the Bluegrass Award is awarded to the highest rated session during the KAHO Annual Conference. The winning session is selected to be presented at the following SEAHO Conference, and the presenters receive a total of $500 to assist with the expenses of attending the SEAHO conference.
